Sacked staff and ‘punk’ investors angry at Brewdog sale
The independent brewer and pub chain has been bought by US beverage and cannabis firm Tilray in a £33m deal.
The deal includes the company’s UK brewing operations, brand, and 11 pubs, and saw 733 staff being transferred over to the new owners.
